1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the PGHubs software-as-a-service platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, hostel, or Paying Guest ("PG") accommodation entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You agree to notify PGHubs immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. PG owners are solely responsible for caretaker accounts created under their organization.
3. Subscription & Payments
PGHubs offers subscription plans tailored to the number of properties, beds, and caretakers managed. Paid subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize recurring subscription charges.
4. Data Privacy & Tenant Information
You retain ownership of all tenant records, payment histories, and property data entered into the platform. PGHubs implements multi-tenant isolation, cryptographic access controls, and role-based access to safeguard your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, unauthorized spamming, harassment of tenants, or attempts to circumvent multi-tenant data boundaries or administrative security controls.
