When you register for PGHubs as a PG owner, we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. When you configure your organization, you may input property details, room configurations, tenant records, rent amounts, and payment records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to provide, maintain, and enhance the PG management platform. This includes sending WhatsApp and SMS payment reminders on your behalf, computing occupancy statistics, and delivering subscription billing statements.
3. Data Security & Isolation
We maintain strict multi-tenant isolation with Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Each PG owner's data is inaccessible to other owners or unauthorized personnel. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
4. Third-Party Integrations
PGHubs integrates with trusted infrastructure providers, such as Supabase (authentication and database hosting), transactional email gateways, and payment gateways. We never sell your personal information or tenant data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
